or simply conditioning the body to perform at its best.

Pip originally trained as a sprinter from the age of 8 years old. Injury led her into
coaching athletics during her teens. She then went on to study Contemporary
Dance and fell in love with movement, and all things physical. Training to be a
Personal Trainer after University brought her back into the world of fitness;
working in a variety of settings with people from all walks of life.
Her quest to gain more knowledge led her to become a Yoga teacher, bringing
strength, power and flow into her classes. She studied Pilates whilst travelling
