Insufficient motion in any of the joints, including the not to obvious ones, such as the wrist and elbow, will deter the flow of good form - injuries don’t always pop up in the obvious spots.

An injury should not exclude you from movement, whilst there will be restrictions around the injured part, moving the rest of your body is important.
My daily mobility routine has always been based around CARS (controlled articular rotations) because they are safe and effective (and diagnostic). I recommend them to most of my patients and friends - they are especially helpful for now
