The bodyweight squat is more than just an exercise; it embodies our natural motion and it is a simple reminder of the inherent range of our lower limb, often sadly lost through excessive sitting and inactivity. Almost everybody is capable of a full squat, but many are unable, often due to stiff hips, ankles or lower back problems or its been incorrectly taught.
