Alone we can do so little; but together we can do so much
At Falmouth Active Health we run small classes, events and workshops. Many are free for our Falmouth Active Health patients – so follow us on instagram @falmouthactivehealth and keep an eye on our schedule here on the website.
Our listings update regularly, so do check back.
We believe that collaboration with a wide range of trainers, therapists and other like minded folk, is fundamental. There are some fabulous resources of practitioners and activities in the Falmouth Area that compliment what we do here at FAH.
If you need some help to choose the right type of activity, or need some advice with training and are not sure where to start, we can certainly point you in the right direction; please ask us!
Our contact information is on the dedicated contact page, please head there for bookings or general enquiries about our events, classes and workshops.
