Monday and Wednesday 8pm – The Gym Project
Saturday 9am (finishes September 29th) – Fitness Wild, Argal Lake
Lizzie’s background in therapy and her inquisitive mind about human movement, has helped shaped her yoga teaching style. Lizzie completed her 200 hour training in Vinyasa Yoga, but she draw’s from a variety of movement practises in her classes, not sticking to pure yoga asana.
Her aim is to awaken your nervous system, help you better understand how your body moves through creative awareness and movement, with a strong emphasis on mobility.
