Join Lizzie Bird to learn how to prevent and help injuries associated with the lower back and the hips.
It’s not just inactivity that causes our hip muscles to become progressively weaker and shorter. Cycling, running, and other forms of exercise also cause issues in the hip and lower back. In this 2-hour workshop you will learn to stretch and strengthen the muscles of the hips, lower back and the legs.
Explore and challenge movement patterns that are associated with pelvic control and the relationship between your hips and spine. Using a mixture of barre, yoga, Eldoa, rehabilitation and play.
You will leave this workshop with the tools you need to feel better and maintain a home practice.
