Sport Specific

We partake in sport because we love it, so we know that reducing your injuries is important. Injury through sport is very common; the very nature of most sports involves impact and/or repetition. High impact sports such as rugby or running and low impact sports such as swimming or surfing are a lot more complicated than they appear.

We believe the key component to help lessen the onset of injuries is to improve the prerequisites required for each activity. That might be better core stability, improved mobility, correct footwear or improving motor control.

Movement is a medicine for creating change in a persons physical, emotional and mental states “
