Move Better Live Better at the Day Centre

Lizzie and students from The Performance Centre at Falmouth University teach movement therapy to the participants at The Age Concern Centre in Falmouth; uniting groups of the community in a rewarding and positive way.

The project has been a great success and it is now in its second year.
